1 Introduction

Welcome to eg333. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and eg333 ("eg333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://eg333.cam ("Platform").

eg333 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform offering live casino games, slot titles, table games, sports wagering, and related gaming services. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account"

The personal gaming account created by a User following successful registration on the Platform.

"Balance"

The total sum of real money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.

"Bonus Funds"

Any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts granted to a User subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required of all Users before withdrawals may be processed.

"MYR" / "RM"

Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the eg333 Platform for Malaysian accounts.

"Platform"

The eg333 website, its sub-domains, and any associated gaming interfaces accessible via https://eg333.cam.

"Prohibited Jurisdictions"

Countries or regions in which accessing and using online gaming services is explicitly prohibited by local law.

"Wagering Requirement"

The number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires RM 1,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.

"Real Money Funds"

Funds deposited by the User using actual currency, as distinct from promotional Bonus Funds.

"Void Bet"

A wager that is cancelled and returned to the Account holder's Balance, typically due to an event cancellation, data error, or technical failure.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on eg333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. eg333 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with international licensed casino standards. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not hold Accounts.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gaming is unlawful.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register relevant to your country of residence where eg333 is required to honour such exclusions.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or close relative of an employee of eg333 or any of its associated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You may hold only one Account per person. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent suspension.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination without refund.

4.1 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. eg333 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on eg333. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes fraud. eg333 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Updates

You must inform eg333 promptly of any changes to your registered details, including changes of address, email, or phone number, by contacting our support team. eg333 shall not be liable for communications sent to outdated registered details.

5 Acceptable Use

By using the Platform you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its systems, or other Users' Accounts;
• Use software, bots, automated systems, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software used on the Platform;
• Transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful software through the Platform;
• Abuse, harass, or threaten eg333 employees, agents, or other users;
• Engage in any activity that eg333 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute abuse of our bonus or promotional system, including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.

Breach of any Acceptable Use provision may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

6 Deposits & Payments

eg333 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of approved payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on eg333 is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a relevant promotion. Individual payment methods may impose their own minimum transaction thresholds.

6.2 Processing Times

Most deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and local eWallets are credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside eg333's direct control.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and return of deposits to the source method.

6.4 Fees

eg333 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit transactions. However, your bank, eWallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges. Please consult your payment provider for their applicable fee schedule.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of Real Money Funds that do not form part of any active Bonus balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements. eg333 aims to process verified Account withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours.

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Verification Requirement

Full KYC verification (see Section 12) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw until verification is approved.

7.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit. eg333 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the withdrawal destination before processing.

7.4 Processing Times

Whilst eg333 targets a 5–30 minute processing window for verified accounts, withdrawal times may be extended during periods of high volume, over public holidays, or pending additional verification review. eg333 shall not be liable for delays caused by receiving banks or payment processors outside our control.

7.5 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all Accounts. VIP tier members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as set out in the VIP Programme terms communicated separately.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

eg333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Account holders. All promotions are subject to their specific terms as published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Account holders only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device applies.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any related winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money Funds. Real Money Funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses not claimed within their stated validity period will expire automatically.
• eg333 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause including but not limited to technical errors, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirement.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

eg333 actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to Account closure.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and events wagering on the eg333 Platform. Sport-specific rules may apply in addition and are available in the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once eg333 issues an explicit confirmation. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the wager shall be treated as void.
• Odds Errors: eg333 reserves the right to void any wager accepted at a palpably erroneous price. A price will be deemed palpably erroneous where it deviates materially from the fair market price at the time of acceptance.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or fails to commence, all associated bets will be voided and stakes returned unless settlement rules for the specific market provide otherwise.
• Asian Handicap Markets: Where a match ends in a result that splits stakes across lines (e.g., a 0 / -0.5 handicap), the portion of the stake allocated to the push line will be returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are processed in real time. eg333 shall not be liable for any delay between the on-field event and the acceptance of a live bet. eg333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Maximum Payouts: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all markets. These limits are set out on the Platform and may vary by sport and market type.
• Integrity: Bets on events where eg333 reasonably suspects match-fixing, score-manipulation, or any compromise of sporting integrity may be suspended or voided pending investigation.

10 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on the eg333 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and arcade titles — are operated by certified third-party game providers. Each game has its own individual rules, paytable, and RTP (Return to Player) percentage, which are accessible within the game interface.

• eg333 acts as an agent or reseller of third-party game content and is not responsible for game malfunctions originating from the provider's software.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any stakes returned at eg333's discretion.
• Displayed RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical return rates under normal play conditions and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual player or session.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the Platform represent current pool values and are subject to change at any moment due to other players' activity on shared networks.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has confirmed results on-screen. Claims of unclear outcomes must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the game session.

11 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Limits & Reality Checks: Players may set time-based session reminders to help maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request a temporary break (from 24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Marketing communications will cease immediately upon exclusion.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated immediately by the player.

12 KYC & Verification

eg333 is required by its operating obligations to verify the identity of Account holders prior to processing withdrawals and periodically throughout the account lifecycle. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian NRIC / MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months);
• A selfie holding your identification document;
• For certain withdrawals: proof of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., eWallet screenshot or bank account confirmation).

eg333 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the eg333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game artwork, software, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of eg333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction of Platform content, commercial exploitation of any Platform materials, framing or scraping of any pages, or any other use beyond normal access for gaming purposes.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eg333 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, gaming winnings, or opportunity losses;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party provider software failures;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions;
• Unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

eg333's aggregate liability to any single User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence to the extent such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

15 Suspension & Termination

eg333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against eg333;
• Bonus abuse or any manipulation of our promotional system;
• Use of software, bots, or prohibited systems on the Platform;
• Regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon Account termination, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges and any offsets will be returned to the User subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16 Amendments to These Terms

eg333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to the registered address and/or via a notice on the Platform.

Where changes are material, we will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which eg333 is operated.

In the event of a dispute between a User and eg333, the User should first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be available as outlined in the Platform's complaints procedure.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
